ATHLETE RACING CAMP
Join EC Adventures as we head to Hintertux, Austria for our annual Athlete Racing Camp! Our goal is to provide a ski racing camp that allows athletes to reach their fullest potential while being coached and guided by coaches that are experienced, passionate, and dedicated to the sport. While the coaches' main focus of the race camp is to get our athletes back on snow and ready for the race season, a lot of parents and family members join as well and create their own memories and adventures while in Europe!

METHODOLOGY
Ski racing is a constantly changing sport. Our coaching staff takes pride in staying current and on the leading edge of ski racing. We focus on fundamentals (always working from the feet up) with 4 days of Giant Slalom and 3 days of Slalom training.
The rule of 1,000: one of our goals is to have athletes get 1,000 turns in gates while at camp.

Depart Michigan

Arrive in Munich

Free ski, GS progression, WORKING FROM THE GROUND UP
NOVEMBER 21
GS, gate progression. 3 hour morning session and 2 hour afternoon session.
NOVEMBER 22
GS gate progression. 3 hour morning session and 2 hour afternoon session
NOVEMBER 23
GS Full Length (25- 30 gates) 3 hour morning session and 2 hour afternoon session.
NOVEMBER 24
Rest Day
NOVEMBER 25
SL progression. 3 hour morning session and 2 hour afternoon session.
NOVEMBER 26
SL progression. 3 hour morning session and 2 hour afternoon session.
NOVEMBER 27
Full SL - Morning Session (45-60 gates). After training, we will load the bus and head to Munich.
